Your profile: details and account tabs
Where you edit your own details and see your company information and subscription invoices.
What is on the profile screen?
Your own details, password changes, your company information, and your subscription invoices — organised into tabs.
Where to find it
Profile, or /dashboard/profile.
The tabs

| Points | Your points balance if the feature is enabled |
The Profile tab
| Field | Details |

| Phone Number | Can also be used to sign in |
Click Save Changes when you have finished.
The Password tab
| Field | Details |
|---|---|
| Current Password | Confirms it is you |
| New Password | At least 8 characters for a strong password |
| Confirm Password | Must match the new one |
If the confirmation does not match, you are told the passwords do not match.
The Company tab
Shows your company information: name · code · tax ID · email · phone · website · description · address · logo.
These are the details that appear on your printed invoices, so review them periodically.
The Invoices tab
⚠️ These are your Pashkateb subscription invoices — not your sales invoices.
Your sales invoices live at Transactions → Sales Invoices.
Each subscription invoice shows:

| Description | The plan and duration |
| Amount | The value |
| Status | Paid · Unpaid · Partially paid |
| Subscription from / to | The period it covers |
Use these for your own bookkeeping — this is a cost to your business, so record it on the Outcomes screen.
Data cleanup
The screen also has a Run Cleanup button, opening an operation that returns your company to its initial state.
⚠️ That operation permanently deletes data and cannot be undone. It has a full page in this manual — read it before you consider using it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I edit my company details here?
The Company tab shows your company information — name, code, tax ID, email, phone, website, description, address and logo. Editing requires the appropriate company-level permission.
What is the Invoices tab?
Those are your Pashkateb subscription invoices — not your sales invoices. Each shows its number, date, description, amount, status and the subscription period it covers.
Do I change my password here or on another screen?
Here. The Password tab has all three fields: current, new and confirm. There is also a standalone Change Password screen that the system sends you to on your first sign-in.
What is data cleanup?
An operation that returns your company to its initial state by deleting records added after registration. It is dangerous and irreversible — it has its own page in this manual.
