Companies: the super admin screen
A platform-wide screen, not a company-level one. Super admins only.
What is the Companies screen?
A platform-wide screen listing every company registered in Pashkateb. Super admins only.
Where to find it
Inventory → Companies, or /dashboard/companies.
Permission: the super admin role.
This is not where you edit your own company
If you are an ordinary business owner, this screen does not appear for you — and that is correct.
To edit your own company details, go to Profile → Company tab.
Data isolation
A reassuring point worth stating: each company's data is completely isolated from every other.
Every record in Pashkateb — an invoice, an item, a customer, an entry — belongs to a company. Every screen filters to yours automatically.
One company's users can never see another company's data, whatever permissions they hold inside their own.
The form
| Field | Details |
|---|---|
| Company name | The registered name |
| Tax ID | Unique if present |
| Phone | Contact |
| Contact | |
| Address | The company address |
| Website | Their site |
| Logo | The company logo |
| Description | A short summary |
| Expiry date | When platform access expires |
| Active | A disabled company cannot use the system |
The company code is generated automatically as CMP-{number} and appears in all your document numbering: SINV-{company code}-… and so on.
Activating and disabling
Disabling a company stops its users from using the system. The data remains; access is closed.
Company-level features
Some features are enabled per company:
| Feature | Effect |
|---|---|
| Online store | Without it, the commerce screens do not appear |
| AI assistant | Without it, the assistant icon does not appear |
These are controlled through the subscription, and some coupons enable them.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can I not see the Companies screen?
It is restricted to the super admin role. An ordinary business owner does not see it — correctly, because it shows every company on the platform rather than only yours.
Where do I edit my own company details?
On the Company tab of your profile. This screen is for platform administration, not for editing your own details.
What is the expiry date?
When the company's access to the platform expires, tied to its subscription. After it, the company cannot use the system until renewal.
Is each company's data separate?
Completely. Every record in Pashkateb belongs to a company, and every screen filters to yours automatically. One company's users can never see another company's data.
