Subscription and free trial
The trial starts on day one. When it ends, the system locks until you renew.
How do subscriptions work in Pashkateb?
When you register your company, a free trial begins. When it ends, you choose a plan and renew. Your subscription controls how many users you can have and whether the online store is available. The AI assistant is included in every plan.

Administration → Subscription, or /dashboard/subscription.

The free trial
It starts automatically when your company is registered. The system shows the days remaining and warns you as it approaches its end.
The trial is the complete Standard plan, with the online store included. Nothing is held back, so you can build your storefront and test selling before you pay for anything.
When the trial ends
The system locks. You cannot use the screens and are redirected to the subscription page.
All your data remains — your invoices, stock and customers are exactly as they were. You simply cannot reach them until you renew.
Subscription statuses

The system warns you days before it ends, with the days remaining and a renew button.
Renew before it expires. Renewing afterwards means your work stops until you have finished.
The plans
The subscription screen lists the available plans, each showing:

Longer packages carry a discount. If your business is settled, the yearly option saves you money.
Extra users
Every plan includes a number of users.
If you need more, choose how many extra users to buy on the subscription screen before you pay. Each one costs an extra monthly amount, and they are added on top of the users your plan already includes — a plan with 2 users plus 3 bought seats allows 5.
Like the plan itself, extra seats are multiplied by the billing period and take the same discount, so on a yearly plan they are charged for the year at the discounted rate.
If you try to add a user beyond your limit, the Users screen tells you the subscription limit has been exceeded. Buy more seats on your next renewal first.
The AI assistant is included
The AI assistant comes with every plan at no extra cost. It used to be a paid add-on; it is not any more, and there is nothing to enable or pay for.
The online store add-on
The online store is a paid add-on. Choose it on the subscription screen before you pay, and it is charged monthly on top of your plan — multiplied by the billing period and discounted at the same rate as the plan.
Your free trial already includes it, so you can build and test your storefront first and decide afterwards.
If you do not buy it, the commerce screens are not available to your company.
Already have a storefront? Companies that had the online store before it became an add-on keep it. Nothing was switched off.
Coupons
The subscription screen has a coupon field. A valid code can:
- Extend your subscription by a number of days.
- Increase the number of users allowed.
- Enable the AI assistant.
Each company can redeem a given coupon once. Trying to use the same code again tells you it has already been redeemed.
⚠️ These coupons are not your store's promo codes. These apply to your own Pashkateb subscription. Promo codes are what your shoppers use at checkout, and live at Commerce → Promotions.
Renewing
Click Renew Subscription or Upgrade Plan, choose the plan and duration, and check the summary: plan price, the online store add-on, any extra seats, the discount and the total. Then Proceed to payment.
Tips
- Check your days remaining periodically — the warning appears before expiry, but it is better to know.
- The yearly package is better value if your business is settled.
- Renew before expiry to avoid an interruption.
- Count your users before choosing a plan.

What happens when the trial ends?
The system locks. You cannot use the screens until you renew, and you are redirected to the subscription page. All your data remains exactly as it was — you just cannot reach it until you renew.
I need more users than my plan allows
Choose how many extra users to buy when you subscribe. Each one costs an extra monthly amount and is added on top of the users your plan already includes. Trying to add a user beyond your limit without paying shows a subscription limit exceeded message.
Is the AI assistant included?
Yes. The AI assistant comes with every plan at no extra cost. It used to be a paid add-on; it is not any more.
Does the free trial include the online store?
Yes. The 14-day trial gives you the complete Standard plan with the online store switched on, so you can test selling before paying for anything.
What are the coupons?
Codes that extend your company's subscription and can add users or enable the AI assistant. You enter them on the subscription screen. Each company can redeem a given coupon once. They are separate from your online store's promo codes.
