Subscription and free trial
The trial starts on day one. When it ends, the system locks until you renew.
How do subscriptions work in Pashkateb?
When you register your company, a free trial begins. When it ends, you choose a plan and renew. Your subscription controls how many users you can have and whether the online store and AI assistant are available.
Where to find it
Administration → Subscription, or /dashboard/subscription.
Company admins only.
The free trial
It starts automatically when your company is registered. The system shows the days remaining and warns you as it approaches its end.
When the trial ends
The system locks. You cannot use the screens and are redirected to the subscription page.
All your data remains — your invoices, stock and customers are exactly as they were. You simply cannot reach them until you renew.
Subscription statuses

The system warns you days before it ends, with the days remaining and a renew button.
Renew before it expires. Renewing afterwards means your work stops until you have finished.
The plans
The subscription screen lists the available plans, each showing:

Longer packages carry a discount. If your business is settled, the yearly option saves you money.
Additional users
Every plan has a maximum number of users.
If you need more, you can add additional users for an extra monthly cost per user above the limit.
If you try to add a user beyond your limit, the Users screen tells you the subscription limit has been exceeded. Increase your additional users from the subscription screen first.
The AI assistant add-on
The AI assistant is not included in every plan.
If your plan supports it, you can add it for an extra charge covering the whole plan period. The screen shows you the price before you confirm.
Without it, the AI assistant icon does not appear for your company's users.
The online store is a subscription feature
The online store is also enabled through your subscription. If it is not enabled for your company, the commerce screens do not appear in the menu.
Coupons
The subscription screen has a coupon field. A valid code can:
- Extend your subscription by a number of days.
- Increase the number of users allowed.
- Enable the AI assistant.
Each company can redeem a given coupon once. Trying to use the same code again tells you it has already been redeemed.
⚠️ These coupons are not your store's promo codes. These apply to your own Pashkateb subscription. Promo codes are what your shoppers use at checkout, and live at Commerce → Promotions.
Renewing
Click Renew Subscription or Upgrade Plan, choose the plan and duration, and check the summary: base price, discount, AI add-on and total. Then Proceed to payment.
Tips
- Check your days remaining periodically — the warning appears before expiry, but it is better to know.
- The yearly package is better value if your business is settled.
- Renew before expiry to avoid an interruption.
- Count your users before choosing a plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when the trial ends?
The system locks. You cannot use the screens until you renew, and you are redirected to the subscription page. All your data remains exactly as it was — you just cannot reach it until you renew.
I need more users than my plan allows
You can add additional users above the plan limit for an extra monthly cost per user. Trying to add a user beyond your limit without paying shows a subscription limit exceeded message.
What is the AI add-on?
The AI assistant is not included in every plan. If your plan supports it, you can add it for an extra charge covering the whole plan period. Some coupons also enable it.
What are the coupons?
Codes that extend your company's subscription and can add users or enable the AI assistant. You enter them on the subscription screen. Each company can redeem a given coupon once. They are separate from your online store's promo codes.
