Where the plans every company sees are configured. Super admins only.
What is the Pricing screen?
Where the subscription plans every company on the platform sees are configured. Super admins only.
Where to find it
Administration → Pricing, or /dashboard/pricing.
Permission: the super admin role.
If you are a business owner
This screen does not appear for you. You see the available plans at Administration → Subscription and choose from them.
Two pricing types

Duration and discount
Duration is measured in months, with a discount applied to longer durations to encourage longer commitments:

The company sees the base price, the discount and the total before paying.
The user limit
- A number — the maximum users included.
- Empty — unlimited.
When a company reaches its limit, the Users screen tells them the limit is exceeded, and they need to add additional users or upgrade.
The AI assistant is included
The AI assistant comes with every plan at no extra cost. It used to be a paid add-on; it is not any more. The AI add-on fields remain on this screen for reporting, with the price set to 0.
The online store add-on
The online store is the paid add-on now. Online store add-on available decides whether a company can buy the storefront on that plan, and Online store add-on price sets its monthly price. Like every other component, it is multiplied by the billing period and takes the same discount as the plan — so a 100 EGP/month store on a yearly plan with a 16% discount costs 100 × 12 × 0.84 = 1,008 EGP for the year.
A company that does not buy it has no storefront: the Commerce screens return a "feature not enabled" error.
One exception: the free trial. A company on its 14-day trial gets the complete Standard plan including the online store, so it can test selling before paying for anything.
Extra seats
Create a row with type additional user and a monthly price. That row is what the Subscription screen reads when a company chooses how many extra seats to add at checkout.
Extra seats are added to the plan's user limit, not compared against it: a plan including 2 users plus 3 bought seats allows 5.
Without an active additional user row for that plan name, extra seats cost nothing — so do not forget it when adding a plan.
Disable rather than delete
An inactive plan is not shown to new companies, while companies already subscribed to it are unaffected.
Use that to retire an old plan without disrupting anyone on it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can I not see the Pricing screen?
It is restricted to the super admin role. An ordinary business owner sees the available plans on the Subscription screen and cannot edit them.
What is the difference between the two pricing types?
Two types: plan subscription, the base price of the plan itself, and additional user, the price of one extra seat per month. A company chooses how many extra seats to buy when it subscribes.
How is package duration set?
In months. One month for monthly, three for quarterly, twelve for yearly. A discount percentage applies to the longer durations.
What does an empty user limit mean?
The plan has no maximum. If a number is set, that is the users included, and extra seats bought at checkout are added on top of it.
Is the AI assistant still a paid add-on?
No. The AI assistant is included in every plan at no extra cost. The online store is the paid add-on now.
