Pricing plans: the super admin screen
Where the plans every company sees are configured. Super admins only.
What is the Pricing screen?
Where the subscription plans every company on the platform sees are configured. Super admins only.
Where to find it
Administration → Pricing, or /dashboard/pricing.
Permission: the super admin role.
If you are a business owner
This screen does not appear for you. You see the available plans at Administration → Subscription and choose from them.
Two pricing types

The plan fields

Duration and discount
Duration is measured in months, with a discount applied to longer durations to encourage longer commitments:

The company sees the base price, the discount and the total before paying.
The user limit
- A number — the maximum users included.
- Empty — unlimited.
When a company reaches its limit, the Users screen tells them the limit is exceeded, and they need to add additional users or upgrade.
The AI add-on
The AI add-on available switch decides whether a company can add the AI assistant on that plan, and AI add-on price sets what it costs for the whole period.
On a plan where availability is off, a company cannot enable the AI assistant.
Disable rather than delete
An inactive plan is not shown to new companies, while companies already subscribed to it are unaffected.
Use that to retire an old plan without disrupting anyone on it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can I not see the Pricing screen?
It is restricted to the super admin role. An ordinary business owner sees the available plans on the Subscription screen and cannot edit them.
What is the difference between the two pricing types?
Two types: plan subscription, the base price of the plan itself, and additional user, the price per user above the plan's limit.
How is package duration set?
In months. One month for monthly, three for quarterly, twelve for yearly. A discount percentage applies to the longer durations.
What does an empty user limit mean?
The plan has no maximum. If a number is set, that is the users included, and anything above it is charged as additional users.
