The AI assistant: ask in Egyptian Arabic and it acts
Talk to it in Egyptian Arabic by text or voice, and it prepares the invoice and waits for you to confirm.
What is the AI assistant?
An assistant inside the dashboard you talk to in Egyptian Arabic — by text or by voice — that creates records and analyses your data for you. Every creation requires your confirmation before it is saved.
Where to find it
The AI assistant icon in the dashboard.
Two requirements:
- The assistant is enabled for your company — through your subscription or a coupon.
- Your role has the
ai:usepermission.
If either is missing, you will see a message saying the assistant is disabled or that you are not authorised.
Text and voice

A voice message is transcribed and then acted on. You will see Transcribing voice while it works.
Recording needs microphone permission. If you denied it previously, allow it in your browser's site settings.
It understands Egyptian Arabic
The assistant is tuned for Egyptian dialect, not formal Arabic. Speak the way you normally would:

Every creation requires confirmation
This is the assistant's most important safety property.
When you ask it to create a record, it does not save immediately. It prepares the data, shows it in an editable preview, and waits.
The preview shows fields appropriate to the record type: customer or supplier name, item name, invoice date, quantity, unit price, VAT rate, discount amount and notes. For multi-line invoices you can add and remove items.
You can adjust it two ways:
- Edit the fields in the preview directly.
- Send it a correction in words — such as "change the quantity to 5".
Then press Confirm. Without confirming, nothing is saved.
What it does
- Creates records — invoices, customers, items, all with confirmation.
- Analyses your data — questions about your sales and stock.
- Forecasts — reading trends from your own figures.
Tips
- Be specific. "Make an invoice" is incomplete. "Make an invoice for Ahmed, 3 thermometers at 150" is clear.
- Read the preview carefully before confirming, especially the customer, quantities and prices.
- Invoices it creates follow the same rules — set to Submitted, stock moves and the journal entry posts exactly as with any invoice.
- Voice is far faster when you are recording orders while standing in the shop.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the assistant create records immediately?
No. Every creation requires your confirmation. The assistant prepares the data and shows it in an editable preview; you review, adjust and press Confirm. Without confirming, nothing is saved.
The assistant is not showing for me
Two possible reasons: the AI assistant is not enabled for your company — it is enabled through your subscription or a coupon — or your role lacks the ai:use permission. Check both.
Should I speak formal Arabic or Egyptian dialect?
Egyptian dialect is fine. The assistant is tuned for it, which suits most users. English works too.
Voice recording is not working
It needs microphone permission from your browser. If you denied it before, open the site settings in your browser and allow it. Some older browsers do not support recording at all.
