How the e-commerce integrations work

If you already run a store on another platform, an integration pulls your orders in as sales invoices.

What are integrations in Pashkateb?

If you already run a store on another platform — Shopify, EasyOrder or Wuilt — an integration pulls your orders in and turns them into Pashkateb sales invoices, so your stock and accounts stay correct.

Not the same as the online store

⚠️ An important distinction:

Online storeIntegration
What it isA shop you build inside PashkatebA connection to a shop on another platform
Where products liveIn PashkatebOn the other platform
Where orders come fromYour storeThe other platform
Who it suitsSomeone with no storeSomeone already running one

Where to find it

Administration → Integrations, or /dashboard/integrations.

Permissions: integrations:view to see, integrations:add to create, integrations:edit to change.

Only one active integration

Your company can have exactly one active integration at a time.

You can record several, but only one runs. Try to activate a second and the system tells you to deactivate the current one first.

Deleting is disabled. Use Activate / Deactivate rather than removing records, so your sync history survives.

The three sync modes

ModePullsWhen to use it
Sync Items OnlyThe catalogThe first time, to build your items
Sync Orders & CustomersOrders and customer recordsDay-to-day running
Sync Orders & ItemsOrders together with productsWhen you add a lot of new products

Start with Sync Items Only to build and review your catalog, then move to syncing orders.

Date range

You can restrict a sync to a period — from and to dates. Useful when you only want a particular month, or when going back for orders from an earlier period.

What happens when an order arrives

For each external order:

  1. A sales invoice is created in Pashkateb, with its source recorded as the platform.
  2. The original order number is stored as a unique key — so it cannot be pulled twice.
  3. The customer is matched or created — on phone or email.
  4. Missing items are created automatically.
  5. Missing groups and brands are created too, marked as coming from an integration.

So if you open the Items screen after a sync and find items and groups you never added by hand, that is expected.

No duplicates

Each order is recorded with its original number. Re-syncing the same period will not duplicate orders already pulled in.

Which means you can re-sync freely without worrying.

Following a sync

Long syncs show a live progress bar while you wait.

In the list, each integration shows its last sync — or Never synced. And its status: Active · Inactive · Error · Pending. If the status is Error, the last error and its timestamp are recorded.

Testing the connection

Before relying on an integration, click Test Connection. It confirms the credentials work without pulling anything.

Do this after any credential change. Tokens expire and keys get rotated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I connect more than one store at a time?

No. Your company can have exactly one active integration. To connect a different platform, deactivate the current one first. You can record several integrations, but only one runs.

What is the difference between the three sync modes?

Sync Orders & Items pulls orders together with the products. Sync Orders & Customers pulls orders and customer records without the product catalog. Sync Items Only pulls the catalog with no orders — useful the first time.

Do orders duplicate if I sync twice?

No. Each external order is recorded with its original number as a unique key. Re-syncing the same period will not create duplicates of orders already pulled in.

Is this the same as the Pashkateb online store?

No, they are different things. The online store is a shop you build inside Pashkateb. An integration connects you to a shop running on another platform such as Shopify and pulls its orders in.
