Connecting Wuilt to Pashkateb
Two fields — access token and store ID — and your Wuilt orders start arriving as invoices.
How do I connect Wuilt to Pashkateb?
From Administration → Integrations, click Connect New Store, choose Wuilt, and enter the access token and store ID. Test the connection, activate, and start syncing.
The credentials
| Field | Required? | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Integration name | ✅ | A label you choose |
| Access token | ✅ | From your Wuilt admin |
| Store ID | ✅ | Your Wuilt store's identifier |
The system checks both before saving and tells you which is missing.
Why the store ID is needed
If you have more than one store on Wuilt, the access token alone is not enough. The store ID tells Pashkateb exactly whose orders to fetch.
Where to get the credentials
The access token (API key)
- Sign in at app.wuilt.com/stores.
- In the left sidebar, scroll down to SETTINGS.
- Click Dev Tools at the bottom of the settings menu.
- Click the API Key Generator card.
- Click Generate API Key.
- Enter a descriptive key name and select the scopes you need — for Pashkateb that means Products, Orders and Customers.
- Click Generate API Key and copy the key immediately.
- Tick the box confirming you have stored it safely, then click Proceed.
⚠️ The key is displayed once and cannot be retrieved later. If you lose it, generate a new one and update it in Pashkateb.
The store ID
There is no menu for this — it is in your browser's address bar.
- Sign in and open your store in the Wuilt dashboard.
- Look at the URL. The store ID appears immediately after
/store/:
https://app.wuilt.com/store/Store_clp157fecxxxq01j5g192gp09/...
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
this is your store ID
It is an alphanumeric string beginning with Store_.
Wuilt's own documentation:
Test before activating
Click Test Connection after saving. It confirms the token and ID work without pulling anything.
If it fails, check:
- The access token — is it still valid?
- The store ID — is it the right store?
- Scopes — does the token have read access to orders and products?
One active integration
If another integration is running (Shopify or EasyOrder), deactivate it first. Pashkateb allows one active integration per company.
You can record the Wuilt integration and leave it inactive, then activate it when you are ready.
The suggested order
1. Sync Items Only
Pulls your Wuilt catalog in as items. Review the prices and groups afterwards.
2. Sync Orders & Customers
Each order becomes a sales invoice sourced from Wuilt, and customers are matched or created.
3. Sync Orders & Items
When you have added a lot of new products and want both together.
The sync is one-way
⚠️ From Wuilt into Pashkateb only. Pashkateb does not push stock or prices back. If you sell on both, reconcile balances yourself.
A syncing routine
There is no webhook in the Wuilt integration — you trigger the sync.
Set yourself a fixed time. If orders come in daily, sync at the end of the day. Consistency is what matters: a day without a sync means a day of stale stock and accounts.
Monitoring
The list shows last sync and the integration's status. Never synced means you have not run the first one yet.
Long syncs show a live progress bar.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find the store ID?
It is in your browser address bar, not a menu. Open your store in the Wuilt dashboard and read the value straight after /store/ in the URL - an alphanumeric string beginning with Store_.
What if I already have a Shopify integration running?
You have to deactivate it first. Pashkateb allows one active integration per company. You can record the Wuilt integration, but you cannot activate it while Shopify is running.
Does stock update on Wuilt when I sell in Pashkateb?
No. The sync is one-way, from Wuilt into Pashkateb. If you sell on both, reconcile Wuilt balances yourself.
How often should I sync?
It depends on your order volume. If orders come in daily, sync at the end of each day so your stock and accounts stay current. Consistency matters more than frequency.
