Connecting EasyOrder to Pashkateb
EasyOrder works by webhook — orders reach you the moment they happen, with no manual sync.
How do I connect EasyOrder to Pashkateb?
From Administration → Integrations, click Connect New Store, choose EasyOrder, and enter the API key and webhook secret. After saving, copy the webhook URL shown to you into EasyOrder's settings.
The credentials
| Field | Required? | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Integration name | ✅ | A label you choose |
| API key | ✅ | From your EasyOrder admin |
| Webhook secret | ✅ | Verifies requests really come from EasyOrder |
The system checks both before saving.
The legacy email and password mode is disabled. EasyOrder works by API key only. If you see a message saying so, that is deliberate rather than a fault.
Where to get the credentials
Both come from your EasyOrders seller dashboard.
The API key
- Sign in to your EasyOrders seller dashboard.
- Open your account settings.
- Go to the Public API section.
- Click Create New API Key.
- Give the key a name and save it.
- Copy it immediately — it is not shown again.
The webhook and its secret
- In the same Public API section, go to Webhooks.
- Click Create Webhook.
- Enter the endpoint URL — this is the webhook URL Pashkateb shows you after you save the integration.
- On creation, EasyOrders generates a secret key. That is the webhook secret you paste into Pashkateb.
EasyOrders' own documentation:
The API key is shown once. If you lose it, create a new one and update it in Pashkateb.
The webhook step matters
EasyOrder does not work like Shopify. Instead of Pashkateb going out and asking for orders, EasyOrder pushes them as they happen.
For that to work, it has to know where to send them.
After you save the integration, the system shows you your webhook URL. Copy it exactly into the Webhooks settings inside your EasyOrder admin.
⚠️ Skip this step and no orders will arrive. The integration will look configured while nothing comes through.
The webhook secret
The secret proves an incoming request genuinely comes from EasyOrder. Pashkateb verifies it before accepting any order.
It has to be the same secret in both places — in Pashkateb and in EasyOrder's settings. If they differ, orders are rejected.
Test the connection
Click Test Connection after saving to confirm the API key works.
Note: that test checks the key only — it does not confirm the webhook URL is configured in EasyOrder. Verify that yourself, and the easiest way is to place a test order and see whether it arrives.
Manual syncing
Even with the webhook, you can still sync manually:
- Sync Orders & Customers — to catch up on orders missed during an outage.
- Sync Items Only — to build the catalog the first time.
- Date range — to pull a particular month.
Use these if the webhook was down for a period, or right after connecting to bring in older orders.
What happens for each order
As with every integration:
- A sales invoice is created, with its source recorded as EasyOrder.
- The original order number is stored as a unique key — no duplicates.
- The customer is matched on phone or email, or created.
- Missing items and groups are created automatically.
Monitoring
The list shows last sync and the integration's status. If the status is Error, the last error message is recorded.
Check the status every few days. A webhook can fail quietly if the URL changed or the secret was rotated.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a webhook?
A way for EasyOrder to send you an order the moment it happens, rather than you going and asking for it. Orders reach Pashkateb in real time with no sync button to press.
I forgot to set the webhook URL — what happens?
Orders will not arrive automatically. That URL is how EasyOrder knows where to send them. You have to add it in the Webhooks settings inside your EasyOrder admin.
Can I use email and password instead of an API key?
No. The legacy email and password mode is disabled. EasyOrder works with an API key and webhook secret only.
What is the webhook secret for?
It proves an incoming request genuinely comes from EasyOrder and not from someone else. Pashkateb verifies it before accepting any order — so it has to match in both places.
