Terms and conditions: accepting and reviewing

You have to scroll to the end before the accept button works — and they are available in Arabic and English.

August 27, 2026terms and conditions • accepting terms • reviewing terms

When do you accept the terms?

At the last step of creating an account, before completing registration.

You have to read the whole document

The accept button stays disabled until you scroll to the end.

Try to accept without scrolling and the system tells you to reach the end of the document first.

This is deliberate: accepting without reading means nothing, and the system at least confirms you have been through the whole document.

Available in both languages

The terms are available in Arabic and English, and appear in whichever interface language you are using.

The document also shows its last updated date, so you know which version you are reading.

Reviewing them later

After accepting, you can read the terms again at any time via the View Terms and Conditions button, which appears in several places in the system.

The system records:

  • That you accepted
  • The version of the terms you accepted
  • The date and time of acceptance

If the terms are updated

The terms carry a version number. If a new version is issued, the system may ask you to accept the updated document before continuing.

Tip

Actually read them. You are putting your business data — your invoices, customers and stock — onto an external system. Knowing the terms of that arrangement is better than discovering them later.

Pay attention to the parts covering data ownership, exporting your data, and subscription and renewal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the accept button disabled?

You have to scroll to the end of the terms first. The system confirms you have been through the whole document before enabling the button, and tells you to scroll to the end if you try to accept early.

Can I review the terms after accepting?

Yes. A View Terms and Conditions button appears in several places in the system and opens the document at any time.

Are the terms available in Arabic?

Yes. The document is available in both Arabic and English and appears in whichever interface language you are using.

What if the terms change?

The terms carry a version number and a last-updated date, and the system records which version you accepted and when. If they are updated, you may be asked to accept the new version.
