What is in the dashboard?
A sidebar split into seven groups, and a home screen showing your subscription status and quick cards for each screen.

Why a screen might be missing
The menu is filtered by your role and permissions. If you cannot see a screen, that is not a fault.

Super admins see everything. If you need access to something, speak to your company admin.
Collapsing the sidebar
A button collapses the menu to a narrow strip of icons, giving you more screen space. Hovering over an icon shows the screen name as a tooltip.
The home screen
It is not a metrics dashboard — it is a navigation screen.
It shows:
- Subscription status at the top — your plan and days remaining.
- Quick access cards for every screen you have permission for.
The numbers live in the reports. To see your sales or your stock, open Reports.
The reports menu is separate
Report screens have their own sidebar that appears when you are inside any report, split into five groups:
Inventory Reports · Sales Reports · Purchasing Reports · Financial Reports · Logistics Reports
Each report has its own permission, so this menu is filtered by your role too.
Every screen works the same way
Any list screen in the system has the same tools:
- Search above the table
- Filters with 17 operators
- Columns to show, hide and reorder
- Export to CSV, Excel and PDF
- Row actions filtered by your permissions
Learn them once and you can work on any screen.
Changing language
A language switcher toggles between Arabic and English. The Arabic interface is right to left, and every screen is built for both directions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are some screens missing from my menu?
The menu is filtered by your role and permissions. A screen your role has no permission for does not appear at all. Some screens are super-admin only, such as Pricing and Coupons, and some are company-admin only, such as Subscription.
The menu is long — can I shrink it?
Yes. A button collapses the sidebar to a narrow strip of icons. Hovering over an icon then shows the screen name as a tooltip.
Does the home screen show my sales figures?
No. The home screen is for navigation — it shows your subscription status and quick cards for each screen. The figures live in the reports.
Why do the report screens have a different menu?
Reports have their own sidebar that appears when you are inside any report, split into five groups: inventory, sales, purchasing, financial and logistics.
