Filters work differently here
⚠️ This is what confuses people most.
List screens refresh as you filter. Report screens do not.
You have to click Apply Filters for the result to update. Change a filter without applying and you are still looking at the previous result.
On mobile the filter panel is collapsed and opens with the Filters button.
The common filters
| Filter | Found in |
|---|---|
| From date / to date | Most reports |
| Warehouse | Inventory reports |
| Customer | Sales reports |
| Supplier | Purchasing reports |
| Account | Financial reports |
Reports count submitted documents only
Draft invoices appear in no report.
So if a report's figures are lower than expected, check first: do you have drafts? Open the invoices screen and filter on Draft.
A permission per report
Every report has its own permission — reports:stock_evaluation for stock evaluation, for example.
So if a report is not visible to you, your role lacks its permission. That is deliberate — it lets you give your accountant only the financial reports, and your storekeeper only the stock ones.
Exporting
Every report exports to CSV, Excel and PDF.
Click Apply Filters first, then export. Exporting without applying exports the previous result.
A suggested routine
| Every | Open |
|---|---|
| Day | Orders for Shipping · Low Stock per Warehouse |
| Week | Items Need Reorder · Best Selling Items |
| Month | Monthly Sales Summary · Profit and Loss · Stock Evaluation |
| Quarter | Balance Sheet · Trial Balance · Top Customers and Suppliers |
The important thing is opening them regularly. A report you look at once a year changes no decisions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are some reports missing for me?
Each report has its own permission. If your role lacks it, the report does not appear in the menu at all. Ask your company admin to add it on the Roles screen.
I changed the filters and nothing changed
You did not click Apply Filters. Report screens do not refresh on their own the way list screens do — you have to apply.
The report figures are lower than expected
You most likely have invoices still in draft. Reports only count submitted ones. Open the invoices screen and filter on Draft status to see what needs submitting.
Can I export reports?
Yes, to CSV, Excel and PDF. But click Apply Filters first, so you export the current result rather than the previous one.
