Low Stock per Warehouse report
Tells you what is running out and exactly where. The report that catches an empty store warehouse.
What is this report?
It shows items whose balance in a particular warehouse has fallen below their recorded minimum.
Where to find it
Reports → Inventory Reports → Low Stock per Warehouse, or /dashboard/reports/low-stock-warehouse.
Permission: reports:low_stock_warehouse.
The difference from the reorder report

That difference matters a great deal if you run an online store.
Your total stock can be perfectly healthy — so the reorder report stays silent — while your Online Store Warehouse is empty and the storefront says out of stock.
This is the report that catches it.
How to use it
- Filter on the warehouse you care about.
- Click Apply Filters.
- For each short item: either transfer from another warehouse, or buy from a supplier.
The report is empty?
Your minimum levels are probably all zero.
A minimum of zero means no alert. Open the Items screen and set a realistic number on your important items at least:
minimum ≈ (daily sales × supplier lead days) + a safety margin
A routine
Open it daily for the store warehouse, weekly for the rest. Online moves faster.

How does it differ from Items Need Reorder?
This compares the minimum against each warehouse's balance separately. The other compares it against the item's total across all warehouses. The first is about distribution, the second about purchasing.
Why does this matter if I have an online store?
Because your total stock can be healthy while the store warehouse is empty. The reorder report stays silent; this one catches the problem.
