Signing in and resetting your password
Sign in with your email or phone. Forgotten the password? A reset link arrives by email.
How do I sign in to Pashkateb?
From the sign-in page, enter your email address or phone number and your password.
Email or phone
The sign-in field accepts both — the email address or the phone number registered on your account. Use whichever you remember.
Your first sign-in
If your company admin created the account and gave you a temporary password, after signing in the system tells you that you need to change your password to continue.
This is deliberate. A temporary password is known to someone else; changing it makes it yours alone.
Forgotten password
- Click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.
- Enter the email registered on your account.
- A reset link arrives by email.
- Open the link and enter a new password and confirm it.
- Sign in with the new password.
The link did not arrive?
| Cause | Fix |
|---|---|
| It is in spam | Check your junk folder |
| Wrong email | It must be exactly the registered address |
| The account is disabled | Speak to your company admin |
Changing your password while signed in
From the Change Password screen. You enter your current password, the new one, and a confirmation.
Change it if:
- Someone else has learned it.
- You signed in from a public machine.
- It has been the same for a long time.
Invalid credentials
This message means the email, phone or password is wrong. Check:
- Try the email instead of the phone, or the other way round.
- Check your keyboard language — passwords are usually in English characters.
- Check Caps Lock.
- Is your account active? A disabled user cannot sign in — speak to your company admin.
- Has the subscription expired? If so, signing in may take you to the subscription page.
Security tips
- Do not share your password. If someone needs access, create them their own user.
- Use a different password for each system.
- Sign out when you finish on a machine that is not yours.
- Review the Users screen periodically and disable anyone who has left.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I sign in with email or phone?
Either works. The sign-in field accepts the email address or the phone number registered on your account.
Why did the system ask me to change my password after signing in?
Because it is your first sign-in. If your company admin created the account and gave you a temporary password, the system asks you to change it so only you know it.
The password reset link did not arrive
Check spam first. If it is still missing, confirm you entered the exact email registered on your account — the link only goes to the registered address.
It says invalid credentials but I am sure they are right
Try the email instead of the phone or the other way round. Check your account is active — a disabled user cannot sign in. If it continues, speak to your company admin.
